The 'hotels' button is an image file stored in the image directory, whereas the thumbs up icon is stored in the smilies directory. I guess u are trying to post it as an image instead of a smiley.

I think it must be a script in your
office network which superceded the

smile used by gupshup. And yes,
they must have fixed it now.
The funnier thing was, how who—me’s
cutom title got wraped when the view was
reduced.
