Dude this is like so embarassing but one time I was at this Aunty’s house (we were invited over for dinner) and the Aunty is like “lo beta apni plate aagey karro thaake mein yeh chicken saalan daaloon” and i’m like “nahi nahi aunty! plate mein kamra nahi hay!”

and then all the uncles/aunties started laughing at me.
well I was trying to say “there’s no room in my plate!” but i guess it sounds silly if you say that in Urdu…

I don’t feel as bad anymore

i was walking down town with my auntie n lil nephew n he bought an ice cream, when my baby saw it from his buggy he started crying for sme too so he gave sme as i didnt want him to ask for anymore i said ‘dani tum peechay turro tha k armaan na dekh le’
turro as in potohari meaning chalo
