Not much is known about the descendents of Rama beyond Lava and Kusha except that his direct descendent King Brihadbala was killed in the Mahabharata war while fighting on the side of the Kauravas against the Pandavas and Krishna

That means Hinduism also doesn’t have an event equal to Karbala.
