Is it with Muslims only that their history contains events like Karbala, where the grandson of the Prophet was martyred just within 50 years after his death?

I mean as Muslims martyred Hazrat Hussain (RA) after the death of the prophet, is there any example in other religions when descendents of religious leaders were treated in same way?

A little I know about Sikhs is they didn’t prosecute their gurus. Their gurus were martyred by Mughals. Can’t say much about Hinduism

In the Mahabharata, all 100 sons of Dritarashtra and Gandhari were killed so in grief Gandhari cursed Krishna since she felt that Krishna knowingly did not put an end to the war. She cursed him that Krishna Krishna, along with everyone else from his (yadava)dynasty, will perish after 36 years. So many years later, at a festival, a fight broke out between the Yadavas, who killed each other. Lord Krishna's elder brother, Balarama, then gave up his body using Yoga. Krishna retired into the forest and started meditating under a tree. The Mahabharata also narrates the story of a hunter who kills Krishna. The hunter Jara, mistook Krishna's partly visible left foot for that of a deer, and shot an arrow, wounding and killing him mortally. When Jara realised the mistake, Lord Krishna told him, that he was Vaali in his previous birth and was killed by Krishna's previous incarnation Rama and now he had a chance to even it and since all acts in this world are done as desired by the Lord, he need not worry for this". Krishna's soul then ascended to heaven, while his mortal body was cremated by Arjuna.

Not much is known about the descendents of Rama beyond Lava and Kusha except that his direct descendent King Brihadbala was killed in the Mahabharata war while fighting on the side of the Kauravas against the Pandavas and Krishna

That means Hinduism also doesn't have an event equal to Karbala.
