Maybe I'm old fashioned but I've always equated the guy who opens doors for you or offers to hold your bags , pays for dinner or fix a flat tire to being the true gentleman..........

The last one was spotted a few months ago, the rest of us took him out.

I have experienced some very gentlemany behaviour though but mainly from men over the age of 25 and generally non asians......
I think its more alive in europe compared to the UK and definately the US ( no offence my fellow cousins)

Chivalry died when women started to want to be treated equal to guys.
Just as guys don't open doors for each other, hold each others bags, pay for each others dinners or fix each other's tires, we hereby refuse to do that for women until you lot publically agree that you don't want to be treated equal to men.

hmm sheyn i had taken out this topic wid few good guy frnds of mine n their reason was ke jab tak u ppl were the kina woman we wanted we were the kina guys u wanted n the world was going perfectly but since the time u guys fought abt being independent n doing this on ur own we gave u the charge of equality which u wanted.when i argued saying its common decency they said tht u gurls cnt have best of both worlds first u say equality n independence n thn u still want us to open ur doors n pay the bills..
this argument did make sense to me wen we wanted equality y do we xpect this still...arnt these the things girls expected from those time where women had no rytes when now we have changed n evolved so much is it practical for us to still expect the same things from men?
saying all tht id still say if my guy dosnt do all this hell be SMACKED hahah
