Those who have them and those who dont, can you plz enlighten us..
and also pic phones(woteva they are called :), are they any use? who would want to see a silly phone pic?
There are many Video phones in the market what do you wanna know abt it in Particular, I have two Video Phone sets LG U8110 and Motorola A920, LG U810 is the lightest video phone in the market and Motorola A920 is the best set ever, but a bit bulky.. Video call quality is far much better in A920 then ANY set like NEC 606 or LG's. I am on Hutchison 3G Uk, and they have some limitations over 3G coverage area and they use O2 network in areas out of their coverage. Double check with your service provider if the area is covered for 3G services or not. You can't make Video calls if you are out of covered area.
Any this else you wanna know?
and for the question why we wanna use them! well its not a rocket science question!
Yeah i think here we have something similar, 3G areas..
whats O2 network?
What do you use video for? Like for work or what..
O2 is a company like vodafone and t-mobile :) they have heir own network.
and I think it s just a gadget like msn, and alot of peeple would like to see who he/she s talking to
picture this:
your in pfff USA and call you relatives in pak and you can see em directly on display :D
besides that, video conferencing. for meetings you won t have to go to office, but put your celly on. and voila, bussiness meeting arranged
hmmm why do ppl use video phone! suppose you are traveling UK and you want to share all your traveling experiences with your family in Australia then a video phone is quite handy. Ppl also use it for coneferencing or interviewing. but its a bad news for couples
now they can’t fool around and make excuses like “was busy in office or was stuck in traffic jam” ![]()
Praet told you abt O2 that its a Cell. network like Voda..
Praetextatus, thanks.. so i guess it depends on the company on the quality of the video yea..
KK, thanks, yea i suppose it depends on your lifestyle too hey..
Telstra's a huge phone company here, they'll be having it next yr, so it'll be more common..and cheaper..
right now its not worth it i guess, unless it's needed..
no not really :)
cuz not manny peeple are on 3G network so video is useless since u can t use it :)
so whats the use of the video phones then..
all in the good times dear, in the time..
globalization and communication eventually will kill distances.. thats ONE step (v phones)
