first i was gonna say
suffering from vertigo (where you have the sensation of being afloat or in the air)
and then not suffering from it.. (so your down on the ground)

Is it something like -
it has to do w/ the stars
Like Hirthik Guy went up by his movie
“Keho na payaar hai”
and shrukh went down or all the other Khans
and NOW or later Hirthik must come dowm by another new star

Any life cycle. It goes up though its growth face reaches maturity and then begins its decline. Up and down. Whether it be a brand or a human life.
