You need proteins. Eat more meat, and boiled eggs. Add a multivitamin to your diet too.

for skin - i think its more about what u dont eat than what u do eat...so like avoid sugary stuff (choc, candy, cake etc) ......oo tomatoes are real good for ur skin, and citrusy fruits i think like oranges and lemons ...apparently grapes are good for ur skin too

eat iron rich foods such as brocolli and spinach. i used to be anaemic and it really showed in my hair. it went so dull and brittle and started falling out.

All fruit and veg do wonders for your skin. Also try drinking a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon in it every morning. And proteins are best for hair and nails :)
