As far I remeber, the material is lace. Could be an expensive french lace...e.g. Chantilly.

we must say that pakistan has lots of variety in silk, it might be silk as well...

Angel, I'm pretty sure that the shirt is the same lace material as the dupatta. I remember the sleeves being long and fitted. You should watch the song on video to get a better idea but I'm pretty sure that the shirt is lace lined with silk. I would assume that the chooridar is plain silk.
