yes but it carries a lot more than just 'indifference'. a combination of the following with a NEGATIVE trait:
**-being indifferent, uncaring, unthankful, disrespectful, not giving due importance, justification of indifference **etc
muravvat is a positive trait while be-muravvat is a negative one.
