Aloo, you need to include a few details in your post in order for people to answer your question more clearly.
First of all.....was the comment made to you by another female? If so, then that is just her way of saying that if she were a guy or could have romantic inclinations toward another female....she finds you attractive.

For example**....I have a female friend who is 100% straight and heterosexual. She even has a wonderful relationship with her boyfriend. But she sometimes jokes around that she has a girly crush on actress, Scarlett Johanson.......and that if she ever developed lesbian tendencies.....she'd go for Scarlett. It's not something to be taken seriously. It just means that she thinks Scarlett is an attractive girl and is saying the comment in good fun.
Now...if this comment was made by a guy....it means he has a crush on you. However why a guy would use the word "girly" is beyond me....as that would be rather odd.

Bottom line:** Regardless of whether that comment was made by a male/female or a friend/random stranger.........it just means that the person thinks you're attractive.
