Do they know u gupshup? Do they think its silly? Waste of time? Do they think u r obsessed? Do they join in themselves?
I sometimes read Mr Halwa little extracts of things he might find interesting, but he doesn’t really pay much attention after that. So I have come to conclude that he doesn’t need this forum in his life, except when it comes to pakistani food recipes, he is so grateful that i can learn from Household affairs corner!

my hubby is amused by it esp. when i get all fired up reading the debates in PA 
then we have a debate of our own!
but no he doesn’t have a problem with it at all, according to him its my ‘window to the world’ since i’m home with the kids, i don’t get to socialize and do ‘water cooler’ talk, like others can at work…so GS is my water cooler at home

My husband just finds it funny that I spend time surfing GS at work. LOL he thinks its wrong and I should focus more on work...hehe....
I only surf on downtime or in between stuff.

When I was new on this website, I would spend a ridiculous amount of time on it and my Mother would advise me to calm the obsession but thanks to the almighty I've curbed my obsession over the years. As long as it doesn't come between your main priorities then you're safe.

I think its great for surfing at work, but i wouldn't want my colleagues to know im addicted. (ok, i have admitted it!)

U should get him registered, then log him in and tell him to have a go, perhaps he will get into it. (I can't do that with my own, i try to get him to read some posts, he reads for a few seconds then gives up!)

My friends think I’m obsessed cos whenever they’re waiting for me to go somewhere or something, I’m always like ‘Waittt one second lemme just read this’… lol.. so yeah.
My mum on the other hand; I always tell her stuff and she is like.. where did you hear that from.. and I’m like.. oh someone on GS was saying… 
She thinks I spend too much time on here :hinna:
