A guy asked..what does this mean in English

The person responded

“My wife stays with me all the time. My sister visits once in a while.”

sister brings sukh :) aur zindagi mein sukh to aata jaata hai. No one is always happy all the time. especially on relationships forum lol asli zindagi ka sach
