I am no aalim but the fatwa about Burj Khalifa is so wrong. Following the same logic, if I am living in a 2 mile deep coal mine, I should break my fast earlier. Just does not make sense.

but if you’re living in a 2 mile deep coal mine how are you seeing the Sun? Dont say periscope because then your iftar will be same time as the surface dwellers.
