Our baby boy is due soon Insha Allah and me and my wife are scrambling over finding the perfect baby boy name.
Since my name starts with ‘A’, I wanna leave out all names starting with ‘A’ and prefer short names with a good meaning.
We have chosen some names but arent decided as yet.
I recently saw the name ‘Ifni’ from a babynology website and have liked it since then but I dont have a clue about its meaning. We also liked the name ‘Haizam’ but are not sure about its meaning…
And also is it alright to keep Tihami and Shahzad as names? or is it makrooh?

Sorry i don't know what Ifni means and in my personal opinion it's a starange name...is it even a name? Also, the other day a guy at work emailed me and his name was Amala...i thought it was a woman! hahaha....would Ifni get the same reaction? (only tryin to help you bro!).

Thank you so much to everyone for the responses…Yeah Zarish is a nice name but only thing we were thinking of an adjective to the meaning..for example meanings like intelligent, generous, honest etc…

No i didnt confuse..Its a bit of both actually...These days you find so many websites which in the disguise of teaching Islam represent the Quran and the verses wrong so that it confuses the followers...Its a pity you are not wary of these sites...

i dont mind being shame to speak the truth..btw i posted this thread to get a clarification and i would have never sought clarification if i knew, i got these names from the sites you're talking of.
