living in a decent manner requires self restraint in which one is personally content. other wise, one may always be at a loss and unhappy because the person did not mean to have that self restraint.
graceful aging with this context will make a person thankful for the maturity and responsibility with which one interacts with those around oneself.

That is so true .Aging and accepting it gracefully is a task done by very few in this time and age.The race to act/speak/look young is something that everyone is almost competing over day and night.
