Is skin supposed to be glowing immediately after a facial? Is it supposed to be really bad and then clear up immediately or something? (or does that happen with peels???)

I always read in beauty magazines that you should get a facial not less than 4 days before an event…

I haven’t had a facial since shortly after I got married (5 years ago!!!) but I really want one…just for pampering and I guess to give my skin an extra oomph. I dunno if I trust the salon ladies to tell me what kind to get, cz they’ll try to get me to get the most expensive ones!

Everyone’s different. Most people see results immediately…I always do. My skin is CLEAR. Soft. Relaxed. Smooth. Some people see it after a couple of days.

I say make sure the salon you go to is using good products.
