Good sense of humour "not only" means to have the ability to make others laugh BUT also have a sense of what to laugh at and what not to laugh at.
For example.
If in a funeral, a person starts laughing at the way some person in the funeral is making a crying face than that person sure doesn't has a good sense of humour.
