haha. By the way do you know that -10F is cooler than -10 C as the freezing point of water in F is 32?
Both C and F meet at -40. i.e. at -40 both F and C are the same.

Two most important things....glasses and gloves. By the way -10 C without any wind is just fine for me with a coat and jeans.

Well, for winter, all you need is good warm clothing, warm car, warm house and warm office. Usually people dont stay out in the snow for more than 15 or 30 minutes, otherwise temperature/wind can make them cold, so you see life goes on even in weather like that!
