Would be cool to learn how to sail... I love the open sea and travelled on ships a few times but I could never get my head round the sailing side of things. I was awesome at fishing and could like a monkey but never had the wit to navigate or control even a small clipper or tri-maran on the open seas.

I never learned how to drive a manual/stick shift. I don't even think I know anyone who has a manual transmission car anymore!
