My mom commented my sehri platter is quite royal, lolz… I take quite a lot of things but in moderate amount.
Half glass of milk
Yogourt
Corn Flakes
Tea (1-2 biscuits or occasionaly half a bakarkhani)
I tried dawn ka pratha for 2 days but i felt sick heavy all day. I also tried salan with bread n that was ok too and shami with brown bread is also good. But i feel the best with corn flakes.
What about you guys?
I am gonna try brown bread n chunks in one of these days but tomorow i am gonna have macronis. Yummm
Roti (with a bit of oil so a semi-paratha), Salan, some chicken nugget or something and loads of water!
Though I have to say my eating timetable is all messed up due to long rozas here!
No yogourt, no tea? Yogourt helps control the thirst we all feel during rozas so i think it should be a must for all. Don't have to take a bowl full, just 3-4 spoons is enough.
yoghurt, fruit chaat (we make alot so it leftover from the iftar), roti with some salan/kabab, parents drink tea, i drink milk and ofcourse water, but just one glass.. cant drink more than that
Rice/Paratha with whatever salan available Or Bread with eggs (lol) Or Oats with milk Or Nuggets/Samosas. coffee/tea comes last. Oh and lots and lots of water too.
