Do you have a Qunizon's subs? They spread guacamole on their oven-toasted subs, yum!

As for the tartar sauce.........you don't make it......you BUY it :D

Fried onions - caramelised and soft, not crisp
Finely shredded lettuce
Thin slices of tomato
Mayo and ketchup mixed together (can't be seperate)
Mustard
Relish or gherkins
Cheese - gorgonzola, gruyere, goats or bog standard chedder
Sometimes...a fried egg.

You know the garlicky mayo sauce used in shawarmas? Mmm...that makes a good condiment for burgers and sanwiches.

About wilted lettuce - it makes the burger SMELL like a burger should! Just a bit wilted, not alot. Someof the lettuce is still cripsy, but the lettuce attached to the burger itself wilts.

Don't like cheese in any burger.

RV - Ketchup in a sandwich does NOT a sandwich maketh. Horrendous!

i even sumtymz love to make desi burgers…in that i add mint chilli chutney(yogurt wali), ketchup a lil, tomatoes n onions n plain omelet :wub: this results in cutting calories from mayo n chees :smiley:

My burger comes with in this order toasted bun, mayo, lettuce (yes, the wilted kind), onions, sliced tomatoes, meat, pickles, a slice of cheese and sriracha hot sauce- topped with toasted bun again. Oh and fries are a must!

No cucumbers though-

Home made tartar sauce takes less than 5 minutes and comes out yum. All you need is some mayo and dill in vinegar. Strain the dill well and chop really fine, mix with mayo, add some black pepper and tadah!

like macdonalds: mustard, gerkin, onions, ketchup, pepper

then add from bigmac: mayo, cheese,
or tartar sauce (which is gerkins and mayo)

then for spice: jalapenos or chillies, garlic

i have tried: peanut butter, blue cheese, marmite, soy sauce, potato waffle, onion rings

I have ice berg luttace,ketchup,chilisauce,mayonaise,onion,cucumberand tomato with fries.
