my amma (not my mom) used to make it. i learned it from her. i think. we had that special danda thingamajig that u just twirl around to make the makhan. never ate it (i don’t like makhan) but man it was fun just sitting there and watching it

it’s also made with a mixer(beater) an electric machine used for making it .

kaaaaaash keh tum khao , fresh mukhan wid mukkaye ki rooti and lussi , i think it’s one of the best foods i ever had in life
