The build upto Christmas is massive - peopel are really in a festive mood and many people go out of their way to be nicer. Then it is all over and done with quickly. Firstly no Christmas songs and then a few days after New Year decorations disappear. Then the worst part of the high is the lowest part also known as the January Blues. It does look bare without the decorations and the holidays are over.
