Why not by her name??
We have always called our maid by her name and she's okay with that. She's been with the family since I was 10.
She was okay . Because she had no choice ......
We were not allowed to call Our helpers ( yea ma dad didnt like calling them servants ) by their names ....
Therefore we ended up calling them Baba/shaab and Amma/ Bu'aa jee
