I find the following therapeutic:

Talking to my husband,
Playing with my girls,
Running outside,
Sitting in the ‘desi room’ and reading old letters written my great/grandparents
Boxing,
Facials/massages/any beauty treatments…

Baking used to help...but I don't do it anymore as there is noone to eat it.
