If anything like this happens with me,then i would wait for sometimes for them to realize that,but if nothing as such happens,then i would prefer moving on.....

i know but i m such an emotional fool...i find it hard 2 jump from one place 2 another...its my first job and i have worked real hard for it and infact i let go of another job opportunity which was from a better company and i knew i wud be much appreciated there cuz after my interview there everyone from that company asked me what have i do cuz the whole place is on abt how good my work is and the owner has been asking her team that this is wat good work is :(...but i wasnt able 2 let go of this job cuz we r launchin a brand and i have worked so hard for it :(.....i hope these people get to know my worth b4 i walk out on them.......
