1:- too late for an action? (like you had to go somewhere but you couldn't)
2:- too late for an event to be? (like you had things to sayor EXPECTING things to be said but it never happened)

buy a new clock and to be on the safe side and alarm clock ... and have Nitro put in your car .. in case of emmergency ... you drive faster ...
