Sara go out meet with your friends, try to forget whats boiling your brain, keep urself busy in something different particuarly in something that makes you happy. Listen to some nice music, plan a pleasant future etc etc.

When the state of mind changes, you will be fine.

Sara,

Just do something you really enjoy. If you're meeting up with friends and sharing this event, just share and move on. Don't over discuss it. I've realized that sometimes we waste our precious moments on nonsense and nonsensical events that don't deserve the time.

If someone has belittled you, disregard that. I've recently returned to gupshup but I can see from your replies that you are a good person and very likeable. Don't mind the crazies.
