I normally listen to music or try to think about happy thoughts. If I am at home, I surround myself with people who will make me laugh:)

I read to cut off tension.

I just turn tu Allah Almighty for any problems and cry for help and if the serious problem occurs then also start weeping.
or just feel so nervous and remain tense sitting in my room without saying any thing to ppl.
