Hmm..... How did you make the payment? Western Union??? or Paypal??

If you paid through paypal then you can dispute the payment, if you paid through western union.... well... i think, No, there's
nothing you can do to get the money back, law does not do anything here, unless you have relatives here and the designer's
address, send them to kick his/her as*.

mods please delete this thread, problem sorted. I jumped the gun and fretted for nothing. My apologies to my designer
