What do you do to release the stress?

i go online or i relax on my sofa and watch tv with a cup of herbal tea in my hand. Or why dont you try taking a bath in ure bathtub filled with foam?!?

Working out and eating healthy has done great for me in reducing stress.

Eating healthy means reducing fat intake, trying to get all the vitamins by eating fruit or taking a pill, adequate daily water intake (a gallon or more), try to introduce all the food groups in your daily diet (dairy, meat, greens, fruits).

Try and do atleast half hour cardio atleast three times a week, combined with weight training and a good stretch afterwords.

I think there are moments of excruciating stress just like pain, and I went through this period over the last week, since we had to meet some very tight and important deadlines, and work etc..eventhough, I came each night and went jogging or biking, but at the end of each day of work, I was like totally cashed...and my nerves hurt..and it kept me at an emotional edge..but usually excercise after work totally kills it..

but bcos guys dont really do much in the way of crying sessions (with the roches and boxes of tissue) they tend to punch something (like my uncle does his huge punchbag routine :rolleyes: or anything thats of little value they tell me it works)
