There is no chance of heated argument in this thread unless girls start to talk about eid-ka-joora-by-saas and eid-ka-jora-by-my-choice type of things :(

I got my Eid ka jora designed by my SIL (nand) and I looked soooooooo gorgeous even while 8 months’ pregnant… everyone loved it :smiley:

Eid was very very busy for us, went for Eid namaz, then had lunch at a restaurant, had a dinner to go to after that. Next day went out again to meet friends, then had an Eid dinner at our house. Third day went to meet more friends… aaj office aanay ka dil bhi nahin kar raha thaa :bummer:

My Eid routine is somewhat like this:

  1. Make Fajr
  2. Go to my parents' house
  3. Go for Eid Salat
  4. Give kids (big and small) their Eid gifts (and receive gifts whenever applicable).
  5. Go for any dawats we've been invited to. Meet with family/friends.
  6. Get sleep whenever I'm not out for dawat, salat etc.
