Pine nuts in english or Pinole if you buy em from an italian grocery store. The best thing is buying them all shelled and clean here …back in Pakistan I used to hate doing it myself .

The whole fun it in cracking them up yourself and eating the shelled nutmeat. Yes nutmeat is the word for edible part of a nut.
