my shaadi went peer shape - i would expect partner to b loyal, respectful, honest, easy going, chill out, able to av a laugh now n then etc. not big list

The search hasn't begun yet but when it does, the most important thing I will be looking for is how firm their iman is. Another aspect would be how responsible of a person they are.

and how do I plan on identifying those qualities? I'm not sure but hopefully when its time I will come up with a strategy....or not, as someone once said to me "marriage is a gamble, you never know until you are married"
