Well some peeple in my ‘direct inviroment’ talk about uhmmm s*x as if it something absolutely wrong and dirty. Now i dont listen to others, and i do alot of: one ear in and other ear out directly, but its beginnig to bugging me since i have heard about it several times.
They just keep on talking about it as it is something absolutely negative.
Now i just wanna know what u peeple s views are about it

Well I dont have a problem with that topic at all..
But ofcourse I wont talk abt it with certain ppl…(who might aswell be good friends)

These people, i know them very well. And they have a great deal of influence in my life. So everything they say, i listen to it, or used to listen to it. So they keep telling me these things n now its getting annoying,

Wowsa, my main circle of friends at university are the total opposite.....
S*x is a gift from God and it is to be used within the rite boundaries and for the rite reasons.
There's nothing negative about it except when it comes to desecrating the act!

DP: I don’t think therez anything -ve about the whole affair barring of course the manner in which it is used. It’s both a sacred act and otherwise, depending upon in what role you perform it.

I dont see anything wrong with it -- i just read an article in which it says that the prophet encouraged sex talks between parents and kids and that we should be open about the subject. Its a blessed act. However , like EVERYTHING, it can be turned into something negative when used improperly. As long as you're following the rules, its a great thing (i guess -- i wouldn't know personally, but seeing how everyone is just crazy about it...)

I see you & ShINo both from Holland...Does being Dutch make you any different.I know Netherland has the prostitution legalised as state licensed & supervised PROFESSION.Also europe as a whole is more permissive & precoscious in its treatment of aberrent behaviour like distributing needles to drug addicts ,& looser censorship in art as whole & films in particular.Lolita is stil banned in USA.
Frommreligius point of view (islamic) of course it can cause greater chiasm among the believer in such countries than others.
Depending upon how permissive environment you are in...talk of sex itself after atleast 18 or sexual maturiety is essential for basic biological facts education & there is notthing unislamic about EDUCATION we know that.
IT REALY IS A CHALLENGE TO LIVE IN A SOCIETY WHOSE ETHOS ARE SO MUCH POLES APART FROM YOUR OWN THEOLOGICAL OR CULTURAL VALUES.
