Hi Guys,

I am 42 and today i ran 10 kilometers in an hour and 1 minute. Screen shot pasted below.

What are your running records and your age please !

Great achievement. Just a word of advice. Try to be a little bit more consistent in terms of speed. Your pace is all over the place.
