dont like breakfasts :bummer:

force myself to eat 2 slices of roasted bread with butter nd jam + tea.

during weekends sometimes paratha with egg + tea.

Mostly milkshake.. sometimes its an omelette with sugar coated cheese cubes.. ya phir.. an apple with a glass of milk. depends on my mood.. I cant eat the same breakfast everyday.

In this cold weather I've resorted to skipping breakfast...very bad habit! In the warmer weather I would grab some fruit on the go but I don't feel like eating fruit in this weather so early in the morning so I just grab a coffee when I get to my office.

It used to be (for several years) a glass of skim milk and I'd mix chocolate syrup into it. I've read that skim milk isn't good for you (especially skin) due to the hormones....so I haven't had it in a long time. Now I'll sometimes make a lassi out of Greek yogurt. Take a few spoonfuls of the yogurt and add some water and mix well. Or I'll have fruit (banana, watermelon, etc) for breakfast.

^ I didn't know that about skim milk...so can we drink low fat or whole milk instead?

ALL milk are basically the same. they are ALL good...it's just the fat content that differ in different types of milk. it's advisable to have milk fortified with Vitamin D wherever days are much shorter which curtails exposure to sunlight drastically.

usually a combo of one item from group 1 and one from group 2

A) omelette
B) scrambled eggs
C) weetabix
D) greek yogurt with fruit

Skim milk actually has more protein that then 2% that I used to drink. But it's the horomones....the hormones.

skim milk is messed up stuff..they take stuff out and then they add stuff to make it look halfway appealing looking.

Usually it's fried egg, buttered toast, and a cup of tea which works so so well to wake up my sleepy head.

This morning it was halwa, channay and paratha plus a few bites of paye from husband's plate.
