But can i ask, does ure friend want to start using affectionate names or r u suggesting it to him, to make his seem more romantic??
Becos if he doesnt want to then it will sound really strange him saying it if he doesnt mean it
may b he is a bit uncomfortable calling his fiance "sweetheart" or whtever else right now because he has just got engaged, he should just call her by her name , or even if his fiance has a nick name, and then when they know each other a bit better and has becum closer to her he can start calling her cute names!
