but i heard there in usa it is not called mbbs if u study yr medicine in usa and its longer then 5 years as well?

MBBS is not equal to MD. Whereas MBBS is a bachelor degree, an MD is a master degree. As such MD ranks higher than MBBS.

^ not entirely true NeSCio - from what I know, in North America, the MD is regarded as a first qualifying professional degree - to practice medicine... and since the degree is entirely based on taught programs rather than research programs, it is not considered equivalent to a Master's degree.
The confusion arises because almost 85% of the candidates have bachelors degrees when they start their MD training, but in most cases, a bachelor's degree is not a requirement... most schools only require two years of undergraduate courses, and some students with excellent academic and vocational records do get in without a bachelors degree.
So even though, the average years of schooling for an MD happens to be 6 years of University, officially, one can get an MD in 4 years as well.
For purposes of admissions to a graduate program, typically, an MD is considered equivalent to having completed one year of a Master's program with taught components. The candidates will still need to go through training in empirical research before being considered graduate researchers.

After the 4 years of medical school they have to take board exams and after passing that they got M.D degree and residency is not required to call M.D. I am a M.D in U.S.A as after M.B.B.S from Pak I passed board exams here and I haven't finished my residency yet, Hope it answer ur question

My younger brother is in 4th year MBBS in Lahore. He will go abroad for his house job as training is much better and money is better than pakistan as well. He is thinking about America, UK or Australia.
I know that starting salary for doctors in UK is about £2000/month!!!!!!!!!!! Must be more in USA?

I agree with LC here, MB, BS is though a bachelor degree, BUT a Double bachelors degree (bachelor of Medicine, bachelor of Surgery) MD is exactly same as a MBBS will do after gratudation, both are first basic degrees to start medical doctor profession.
