Hmmmm Gud ideas… So baby can have berries at 8 months? N yogurt too? Hmmm looks. Like I m feeding only few veggies n fruits…
gave him chickpeas he didn’t like it…
so onion , n spices r ok for baby?
plus wt about egg yolk how do u give him?

Asma… yes if you dont eat very spicy food, introduce it to to your child.. they need to get the flavor in! I used to wash chicken pieces or chick peas or anything that I thought was a bit spicier and mush it to give it to him.

the docs here dont recommend introducing egg until the baby is 1..my baby had his first taste of egg yolk at about 11 months and 3 weeks.. he didnt like it! now i try to give him egg n a slice of bread for bfast.. he eats a lil bit of egg but he prefers having slice with honey, or jam, or soaked in shorba than egg though!

i didn’t started Berries n yougart, sugarn spices before 1 year, introduced chicken at 9 months,

Hmmm I’ll try washing thing…
i gave him egg yolk yesterday n he liked it :slight_smile:
he isn’t into textures v mich .. I m slowly introducing him textures

I have him ble Berwyn strawberry he liked it n Alhamdulillah no reaction :slight_smile:
