Love to do as a child? Some activity other than playing?
Nothing really, other than playing.
I know many kids are into lego, science, this that but not me. Just study (less) and play (far more). :D

Climb up on the "gallery" it was called in Pakistan and just watch the city, sometimes I would do it during Maghrib time and listen to the prayer call while the world was slowly sinking into twilight. I also loved to read, and I loved riding around my bike in the neighborhood. Rode for hours at a time.
Ooh, I also really liked pretending to be a news caster, a shop keeper, and we used to host "quiz shows" sometimes. Fun times.
