I had homemade pasta the other day. The spaghetti itself was homemade and not store brought. It was amazing.
It was vegetarian too, but with cabbage, carrots etc. Broccoli would have been a good addition. I love vegetarian pasta.

Mum makes delicious cholay pori and halwa. I had it in Pakistan too at some famous place, but homemade is a lot tastier.

I dont actually know Uncle.. but it was fried in a large karahi/pan full of oil like this..
and Uncle believe me there was no smell at all, dont know what they do..

Everyone loved it, I used butter on it and that makes a huge difference.
