Spanx r the most comfortable undergarment u can wear. we used to sell them at principles which has now closed down. but when we first got them in for a trial all the staff got to try it on and instanley lost a dress size and was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. like yourself I also got something from M & S and it was the most irratating and uncomfortable thing that I threw it away.
