u only know this guy for 3 months, through facebook. he contacted u several times a day, everyday, asking to meet you in person. he said he used to meet his ex 3 times a week. Look, he he was getting girls in real life, he wouldn't be online all day flirting with you and most likely 15 other girls.
he tried for 3 months, you told him you have self respect, morals, values. Your not into being a girlfriend. He tried for 3 months, figured that you wont be sweet talked into doing things that you would later regret.
He gave it a last shot, by making you think you lost something special. Either A) you would say "oh no, I made a mistake" and run to him, and be a lot easier to be talked into doing things you were previously uncomfortable with ( this is what most girls, who are innitially, "good" fall into, since as a female, we think that we can't lose our chance at getting a good guy) or B) you would realize, that you actually didn't have anything at all with this guy, besides a couple of friendly chats that you can get on Gupshup:). Reading your situation. He probably thought, "she is to strong willed to be talked into, or if she was going to be a girlfriend, she would have been talked into by now. He moved on into talking to another girl. If he was serious about being ur friend, he would not have said, dont talk to me anymore, he would have just reduced the amount of time he was talking to you.
If you still don't believe me, make up another facebook, and contact him. see what he says....
Really, Thank God you didn't get talked into meeting him in person.

Dont compromise your faith and values for a guy. InshAllah Allah will create a way for you. It's useless to try and figure out why this guy did what he did. If something is meant to be, it happens.
