family or religion?

i mean when religion and family conflict. which would you rather follow. not which you SHOULD ideally follow.

as for the question........most of the times there wouldn't be a conflict.....since family n me would be on the same page regarding a matter relgiously......

when some conflict arises.......i try to explain the islamic thing to them and try to get on the same page.....

and even then it doesn't.........i don't know (haven't been in such thing till now)......

prolly.......if its something of signinficant matter to me (religious terms) i would go with religion.............if its a not so big issue (to me).....i might go with the family.

If one is fulfilling his/her religious duties,n there should not be any conflict with family.

depends on person's specific ratio of
sensitivity to religion
and
sensitivity to culture/family.

depends where the specific issue falls in the spectrum..........

traditions, values and culture make up most of the family

Can you give some more specific examples? I can't really think of any instances where there have been any serious conflicts.
