Being a Muslim or being a Pakistani?
Should the actions of Pakistan in the name of national interest be considered legitimate if they genuinely run counter to the well-being of other Muslim states?

Re: What comes first? And the national interest!
See,
Muslim states are not the same as Islam. Pakistan too is a Muslim state, like others. So i think as a Pakistani one should keep the interest of Pakistan first, just like all other muslim states do. None of them will keep interest of any other country before their own.
Re: What comes first? And the national interest!
Unfortunately, all such actions taken supposedly in national interests have been malafide in intent. I would rather like you to come up with specific national interests to discuss. This open-ended thread would be free for all to say number of things totally irrelevant to the point you might have in your mind. Thats my suggestion. And yes you already have read my mind through the leading statement I gave in the beginning above :)
