I finally have had my bat pakkied and may be having a small engagement ceremony next month possibly.
My fiance is in Pakistan and most of our family also. The engagement will be at my house and we will have immediate family only which would include his brother and sister and a couple of neices and nephews.
My sister in law and I have decided that I would like the suit to be presented from their side however she has given me the choice to buy whatever I want. The suit she has sort of selected in red. The suit itself is nice and not too heavy - not too light but it looks bridal in the sense that red is a bridal colour. It has silver kaam on it. I’m not too sure about the colour.
Last year, it was light colours even for engagement --whats in this year? What colours are in season? I don’t want to go over - I want a nice simple elegant look, mostly for the pictures.

I've been seeing a LOT of ivory, eggplant purples, and coral colors. You really can't go wrong though!
I wore black lol.

Don’t know about Pakistan but these are meant to be the colours of Spring 2015 All Colors: Spring 2015 Pantone Fashion Color Report - from Pantone.com and the colour of the year is Marsala (2nd last).
