I like Maddy's suggestion of coral/peachy orange with matching nails. Or red lips and matching nails.

I would do it but I also really like two bright colors togethe–in that case it depends on your personality and comfort level. I would just make sure the accessories were a neutral color.
If you wouldn’t be comfortable with two bright colors, I would go with a light peachy color (like the YSL one you posted in another thread). again with neutral bag/shoes.
What would you wear under the dress? tights/slacks? what color?

I'm thinking of opaque tights (the thickest ones).hopefully the hem line will fall under my knees. I don't like showing my knees.

A peachy/coral lipstick would compliment the dress really well.
If you want something bold and bright, i’d go with MAC’s Vegas Volt lipstick
If you want something a bit more wearable, i’d go with MAC’s satin Mocha lipstick. I just got it recently and it looks so pretty on desi skin tone.
