What clothes to wear with naurattan set?

I have a gorgeous naurattan set which is an heirloom piece, and I’d love to wear it after I’m married. The problem is, what to wear with it? I’m getting my post-wedding formals made and I want to design an outfit (or copy one already designed) that will go with the colors of a naurattan without being too multi-colored or over the top. Any pictures or ideas that might help me out? Thanks in advance!

you don't have to have a multi-colored outfit to wear it! i got a naurattan set for my wedding and have worn it with solid colored suits.....reds, turquoise, copper, navy blue- whatever colors match the stones in the set should look nice :).

Solid colors iwth maybe 1/2 multi-colored accents will look nice...depends on the colors and how big hte set is too.

How does a naurattan set look again? It has multi-colored stones? I think my mom's wedding jewelery might be one. I couldn't find any pictures on google either. Anyone?

^ yup, its usually paired with pearls and in addition it has turquoise, emeralds, rubies, and sapphires.
i wore my dadi's set at my bro's valima with a banarsi chiffon sari in a pale turquoise colour.

maybe something mostly one color (like gold or something) but with a chatta patti border, sleeves, etc.
